  1. Roughly chop cabbage, carrots, potatoes and onion and place in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl mix together seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, butter, chicken broth and half of the corned beef spice packet. Set aside.
  3. Rub remaining spice packet over both sides of corned beef brisket.
  4. Pour 1/2 of liquid sauce mixture overtop of your vegetables in your slow cooker, top with brisket and pour remaining liquid on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat and vegetables are fork tender.
