  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and pre grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut potatoes in quarters and cut cabbage and onions into small chunked wedges. You may either slice your sausage or leave whole. Set sausage an vegetables aside.
  3. In a large microwavable safe mixing bowl, melt butter and seasoning salt in microwave for 15-20 seconds. Once melted add olive oil and mix together thoroughly.
  4. Add cut potatoes, onions and cabbage to butter mixture and mix together thoroughly until evenly coated. If you chose to slice your sausage you may add them in as well.
  5. Place vegetable mixture in pre greased baking dish. If you chose to leave your sausage whole, place on top now.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until vegetables are fork tender.
