Instructions
  1. Slice steak into thin strips. Toss steak slices with IGA seasoning in medium bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Thinly slice onion, green and red peppers. Add bell peppers and onion to heated skillet and cook for 5 minutes stirring vegetables as needed.
  4. Add seasoned beef mixture into skillet and cook an additional 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Once cooked through remove skillet from direct heat and set fajita mixture aside.
  5. Lightly sprinkle each individual tortilla with water. Separate each tortilla layer with a paper towel and place staked tortillas on microwavable safe plate. Warm in microwave for 25 seconds.
  6. Spoon fajita mixture onto warmed tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
